Property purchases in Germany must be notarized. If one of the parties is not sufficiently fluent in German, then the notary will require that an official interpreter be present for the signing of the contract.
As a publicly appointed and sworn interpreter for English in Bavaria, I regularly assist international buyers at property purchase signings in Munich and throughout Bavaria.
With extensive experience in real estate transactions, including residential and corporate acquisitions, I ensure clarity, precision and smooth communication during legally binding notarial appointments.
Interpreting services are provided by me personally. Minimum fee: EUR 300 plus German sales tax (19%).
